Prior to signing an exclusive listing agreement, ASR performs extensive due diligence on all aspects of the asset including market trends, physical condition, deferred maintenance, historical and current operations, as well as the readily available financing. Once this analysis is complete, we provide owners with realistic valuation and strategies to mitigate setbacks that may delay closing.

Confidentiality

ASR understands that the deposition of an asset may cause disruption and uncertainty among tenants and employees. For that reason, we will only present our listings to qualified investors with the upmost confidentiality. All prospective bidders are required to execute a confidentiality agreement, provide proof of funds and demonstrate a track record of having owned and operated a similar or greater sized asset. We believe that vetting prospective bidders is as critical as the due diligence we perform.
