Mr. Don Chookaszian is a Senior Advisor of ASC. Mr. Chookaszian brings over 30-years of executive experience to the firm and plays a pivotal role in expanding the company’s network and brand. Although maintaining expertise in all facets of commercial real estate finance, Mr. Chookaszian specializes in high profile projects nationally that require multi-faceted capital solutions. Mr. Chookaszian also acts as the catalyst for ASC’s continued commitment to philanthropic endeavors.

Throughout his career, Mr. Chookaszian maintained an active role in local and global initiatives. He has successfully operated Don Craig, an international outsourcing service, for the past 25 years. He is also the managing director of AMC Anesthesia for the past 15 years, a successful medical practice. Mr. Chookaszian was also the successful owner of Toy-Tex which was a national promotional products manufacturing company that sold after 28 years of operations.

Mr. Chookaszian is actively involved in many charitable organizations locally and internationally. He is an active participant in programs for a local nursing home for retired veterans and supports infrastructure and food projects in Africa through the organizations TouchGlobal and Rise International.

Mr. Chookaszian holds a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Health Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
